I rented from this company in Bari a few times, and I can only say positive things: quick service, good cars, efficient staff, and so on. I understand that someone doesn't like to buy direct insurance, which I think is the smart thing to do since it gives some peace of mind and avoids headaches, and if you calculate the difference between third-party and their insurance, it's actually much less than what people think.

The reservation and car pick up process were very good. The only issue I had was finding the actual route to return the car. There was construction going on and the signage for the rental return were very confusing. If it weren't for this hiccup, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Hi. I cannot understand the lowest ranking among all rent a car services in Bari. Italy car rent was my best ever experience and I have rented cars in Iceland, Spain, Portugal, Dubai ... Company changed some insurance policies in last year. I rented VW T-Roc (on the web) and it was not available, so I got Omoda 7 (auto transmisson) instead. That is 1 level higher. It was clean. Because I rented 2+5 days; I had to change a car in between (again Omoda). First car had 5500 km, and the second 3500. I Took Italy no stress insurance (all covered, 1 € block on card). First night someone damaged the car (street parking), and they said it is ok, because I have this insurance. The price with max. insurance and car is the same as only car - with different companies. No deposit, no blocking your card (ecept this 1 €). Whenever I will rent in Italy, they are my first choice.

Well, I was little bit worried after I read those reviews here, but from my point of view it was very smooth with Italy Car Rent. The woman at desk was really friendly, she exaplained to me everything. I rented Opel Corsa for 4 days, with required deposit 900 eur. Car was in good condition (27 000 km, 1.2 turbo with enough power, it also had wireless Android Auto 👍), car had some damages on bumpers as all cars do in Italy. I returned car without any additional damage, the car inspection was quick and they immediately released my full deposit on credit card (it was available the next day again). I would choose this car rental again if I am traveling to Puglia again.

Rented a T-Roc however ended up getting a 2008 probably due to high demand. Staff are in general friendly and helpful. They do not accept Revolut and if you pay the Italy Zero Stress fee (no deposit) you’ll still pay a 100€ deposit if you use debit card, however it wasn’t an issue since they still returned it anyways. Price wise is ok, they charge a 10€ fee per day for young drivers which is way less compared to other companies such as Sixt. Would recommend as long as you pay for the fully insured and no deposit fee for sure.

TOTALLY FINE experience personally. The other reviews here were very off-putting and put me on edge when collecting my car, but it was all for no reason. I did have to go back to correct the collection form to ensure prior damage to the car was listed, but that's very normal at car hire places. The location of the collection desk was fine, it's part of the airports own car hire area and the walk up was fine. Their price was great through search engines and even better when going direct to them. There was no wait for the car when I arrived. The car itself was great and the size I expected.
